Baku, Fineko/abc.az. By Decree №23s from 6 February the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has approved distribution of state budget funds for 2012 on clause " Expenditures for membership fees in international financial- credit and social political organizations".

Under the decree the Cabinet of Ministers has tasked the Finance and Foreign Affairs Ministries to pay the contributions. Total expenditures on this clause make AZN 15 million- AZN 9 million falls on the share of social-political organizations and the rest, AZN 6 million – on financial-credit institutions.

At that contributions to UNO will make AZN 1.496 million , including AZN 115.520 to International Labor Organization (ILO), AZN 129.770- to Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO), AZN 48.250- to UNESCO, AZN 60.460- to World Health Organization (WHO), AZN 42.530 –to ICAO, AZN 33.060 – to IMO,  AZN 154.710 – to UNIDO, AZN 17.170- to Interpol, AZN 56.500 – to МАГАТE, AZN 26.290 – to World Trade Organization, AZN 12.970- to UNICEF. Contributions to Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will amount to AZN 1.351 million , including AZN 118.500 to ISESCO.

AZN 628.200 will be contributed to CIS budget, including AZN 199.530 to CIS Executive Committee, AZN 152.710- to Inter-parliamentary Assembly, AZN 13.590- to Anti Terror Center, AZN 1.129 million –to European Council, AZN 62.970- to OSCE, AZN 1.610 –to OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, AZN 57.330- to Black Sea economic cooperation organization ( BSEC), AZN 40.660- BSEC Parliamentary assembly, AZN 98.650- to Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), AZN 150.420 –to GUAM, AZN 67.770- to TRACECA Secretariat, AZN 95.630 –to Turkish Speaking countries’ Parliamentary assembly (TurkPA), AZN 230.650- to Secretariat of Turkish Speaking countries Cooperation Council.

Contributions to IFI are equal to AZN 6 million and take into account payment of equity stake. Membership fees in IMF and the World Bank will make AZN 70.000 each. Azerbaijan  will contribute AZN 1.15 million to Asian Development Bank (ADB), taking into account capital payment, AZN 400.000 to EBRD, AZN 1.7 million –to Black sea Trade and Development Bank ( taking into account capital payment), AZN 100.000 – to IDB, AZN 10.000- to ICD. In 2012 Azerbaijan will also contribute AZN 2.5 million to ECO Trade and Development Bank (ECOBANK).
