Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani government attracts German development Bank KfW to financing of Rail Trade and Transport Facilitation Project . The project implemented by Azerbaijan Railways (Azerbaijan Demir Yollari; ADY). Is financed by the World Bank and Export Bank of Czech Republic.
