Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Economic Development Ministry of Azerbaijan has presented information portal of electronic permissions at www.icazeler.gov.az site.

Deputy Economic Development Minister of Azerbaijan Niyazi Safarov has stated that information portal was created by Economic Development Ministry with use of advanced international experience with cooperation under SECO and International Financial Corporation (IFC).

"According to the Presidential decrees the country takes measures focused on creation of favorable investment and business environment, accomplishment of state regulation systems, control, permissions and procedures. The portal presented today has been created with use of the most modern information-communication technologies and covers all permission system implied by relevant state bodies. We aimed at building a portal to bear functions of single information system of permissions (licenses). At the portal economic agents can get any information concerning permissions, bodies issuing these permissions, legal basis for conducting economic activity through simple search system ",- he noted.

According to N. Safarov interactive map is also placed at the portal showing dislocation of state bodies, issuing permissions.

" For the first time different relevant, local executive bodies will place electronic versions of legislative acts relating to entrepreneurship activity, due to which a special section will be created at the portal. This section will include new legislative acts that are presently under development for public discussion and each entrepreneur and the other country citizens can express their ideas and proposals in connection with this legislative act ",- he said.

According to the Ministry’s Head of Department Zaur Gasimov , information portal of electronic permissions includes 7 sections, 270 permission documents are placed on it, including 57 licenses and 213 other permission types.
