Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan national water operator Azersu OJSC has started routine maintenance in connection with the transition to summer regime of operation.

The Company reports it has launched preventive measures on trunk water pipelines running through the Absheron Peninsula.

With the purpose to ensure uninterrupted water supply for Baku and suburban towns, and Sumgait city and Absheron district, we are going to carry out inspection and maintenance of water lines. Reduction of water supply volume is planned in connection with the repair work. Therefore Azersu OJSC urges citizens to save water," it was informed.

Maintenance work will be completed in early April.
