Baku, Fineko/abc.az.  Entrepreneurs in Baku fear of renting and buying large residential sites.

General Director of MBA Group consulting company Nusret Ibrahimov has reported that in March commercial facilities market went down in value by 8,2%- from $3.431 to $3148 per sq m and commercial facilities renting market rose in price by 2%- from $19,5 to $19,9 per sq m.

" Reason for cost increase of commercial facilities renting market is start of seasonal period for this market segment and reduction of prices for commercial facilities sales happened due to liquidity reduction and high risk of demolishment or relocation of large facilities because of repair work in the capital ",- N. Ibrahimov said.
