ADB allocated funds to Azerbaijan for preparation of second multi-tranche road sector financing program
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Asian development Bank ( ADB) is ready to sharply increase volumes of road sector financing provided to Transport Ministry of Azerbaijan , offering new Multi-Tranche Financing Program (MFF) instead of actually depleted MFF, mainly oriented on reconstruction of Masalli Astara car road.
