Baku, Fineko/abc.az. By Order Q6-001-12 Azerbaijan’s Internal Affairs Minister Ramil Usubov has approved instruction of State Road Police ( SRP) on check up of vehicles and control over safety of road traffic.

Under the instruction the check up is carried out by SRP’s specialized regional departments and the results are submitted to Examination Center of SRP’s Chief Administration. The request for conducting check up and reception of information on its terms can be now made in electronic form. Under the instruction, check up of VAZ make cars is conducted from 1 January to 1 May, GAZ, Moskvich, ZAZ, UAZ and other CIS make cars- from 1 May to 1 July, trucks and buses- from 1 July to 1 September, foreign make cars ( except CIS models) – from 1 September to 31 October.

Validity term of the cars in perfect technical state can be prolonged till last days of the year when calibration sticker is valid.
