Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The State Property Committee of Azerbaijan has introduced the practice of public tenders for the rental of state-run facilities.
The Committee reports that there were announced tenders for the rental of non-residential premises in Baku at the addresses 75, Sharifzadeh and 23 Sh. Mirzoyev. Their subjects are respectively 11.2 sq m on the fourth floor of a 4-storey building of ATE 432 and 17.2 sq m on the third floor of a 4-storey building of ATE 423. The starting rent of the first object is 26.86 manats and the second 22.93 manats. The lessee should pay monthly at least 10% of fee (2.7 and 2.3 manats respectively).
