Baku, Fineko/abc.az. On 9 June, first Saturday after 5 June, World Environmental Protection Day, OJSC " Clean City" (Tamiz Shahar) is planning a Subbotnik jointly with " Khazar" Development fund to clean territory of  one of Khazar district’s beaches.

The OJSC reports that this campaign aims at provision of active youth participation in environmental protection sphere as well as call for formation of responsible approach to preservation of environment.

Participants of such youth organizations as " Green Bikers’ Club", Green Baku, Union of Azerbaijan’s Youth Student Organizations will also join this campaign. Waste, collected at the Subbotnik will be transported to Balakhani landfills of solid waste deactivation.

" The ones wishing to participate in the Subbotnik can make use of transport which will wait for the participants at 10 am near Khatai metro station ",- the report says.
