For the first time in the country International Bank of Azerbaijan automates resource management process
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. International Bank of Azerbaijan ( IBA) is finishing the process of introduction resource management module on the basis of Naumen Service Desk solution of Naumen company – Russian software developer.
Head of Technical Support Department of Information Communication Technologies Department of IBA Hamid Nuriyev has reported that at present work on integration of incident management module, requests for servicing, service and knowledge catalogue has fully finished.
The IBA is the first and still the only bank in the country introducing ITIL (Information Technologies Infrastructure Library) processes on the basis of Naumen Service Desk 3.8 program product.
"ITIL processes are applicable in almost every sphere of service provision. It is also planed to finish process of the banks economic activity automation till the end of the year. Thus, not only recording of technical tasks but also recording of administrative units will be introduced in IBA on the basis of Naumen Service Desk",- Nuriyev said.
In his words, the program product has many advantages. The most important of them are detailed reports through which statistical analysis of activity is carried out and transparency of the banks business processes is provided.
