Baku, Fineko/abc.az. State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) can manage its foreign debt.

SOCAR’s Vice President for Economic Affairs Suleyman Gasimov has reported that the company’s foreign debt reaches about $1,6 bn.

" The company’s debt covers 5 enterprises- " Azneft" Industrial Association, 2 oil refineries, marketing department and head office. As for the debt structure, it includes Eurobonds for $500 million, debt under state guarantees for another $500 million ,debts to Natixis Bank and Yapi Kredi Bank ( each $100-$150 million) and $60 million to BNP Paribas bank ",- S. Gasimov said.

According to S. Gasimov, the volume of the company’s current debt is fully manageable.
