Baku, Fineko/abc.az. One of Azerbaijan’s largest private banks OJSC TexnikaBank has finished process of replacement of all executive board’s composition.

The bank reports that today TexnikaBank’s extraordinary meeting of shareholders has elected new composition of the bank’s supervisory board. As a result Deputy Board Chairman and Chief Financial Director of OJSC "International Bank of Azerbaijan" Rovshan Ismaylov has become Chairman of TexnikaBank’s Supervisory Board. Fuad Murshudlu and Rauf Agayev have also become members of TexnikaBank’s Supervisory Board.
