Azerbaijan’s insurer AzSığorta increases its share capital
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani insurance company AzSığorta has raised its share capital by increasing the nominal value of shares.
The State Securities Committee reports that the Company registered its shares issue under number AZ1007006864 - 100 shares with par value of AZN 203,000. The newly-registered issue was converted from the shares with registration number AZ100600686 - 100 shares with par value of AZN 198,597.18.
As a result, insurer’s authorized capital rose from AZN 19,859,718 up to AZN 20.3 million.
