Azerbaijan: war with Turkmenistan not to be launched, but third parties’ provocations are possible
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The war with Turkmenistan for the control over prospective structure Kapaz (Turkmen name version: Serdar) is no longer regarded in Azerbaijan, as the raving of an inflamed imagination. At that, the Azerbaijani government does not strive to direct armed confrontation.
