Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Leasing company Qafqaz Lizinq OJSC has returned to the corporate bond market in 2.5 years.

The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan reports that yesterday it registered the prospectus of unsecured interest-bearing bonds of Qafqaz Lizinq under number AZ2008008917. The company got the right to raise AZN 600,000 by issuing 600 bonds with par value of AZN 1,000.

The previous issue of Company’s bonds, placement of which began in December 2009, had a volume of AZN 850,000 (850 bonds with par value of AZN 1,000), period of 360 days and annual yield of 14%.
