Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Compared with April, average prices for construction materials in Baku fell by 1.05% this May.

Public Organization "Property Market Participants" reports that since the beginning of 2012 the prices fell by 1% and by 0.8% versus the same term of 2011.

"The share of home-produced building materials in the market portfolio was 53.1% in May that exceeds the share of import materials by 1.13%," it was informed.

In May, monitoring was conducted on 37 names and 87 varieties of building materials, among which prices grew mostly on stone quarry (3.3%), gravel (5.6%), timber (4.3%), sand (12.5%), armature (0.4%) and feel on iron pipes (1.2%), bricks (1.9%), glass (12%).
