Baku, Fineko/abc.az. President Vladimir Putin of Russia has addressed with salutatory telegram to participants and guests of Third Interregional Forum "Russian- Azerbaijani dialogue-2012" to open in Baku on 28 June.

In his telegram he expressed satisfaction that Russian- Azerbaijani interregional relations develop gradually involving ten thousands citizens of both countries.

" Such cooperation plays an important role in strengthening of confidence and mutual understanding spirit between our people and in many ways sets positive general dynamics in Russian- Azerbaijani relations ",- Putin thinks.

He considers Russian- Azerbaijani interregional forum one of effective tools of both countries interrelations – area for open, constructive dialogue between reps of state power, business and expert communities of Russia and Azerbaijan.

" The forum has become powerful generator for our initiative partnership, whose geography and topics constantly expand ",- Putin said.
