Baku, Fineko/abc.az. OJSC Kapital Bank, which has the most extensive branch network among the banks in Azerbaijan, is increasing its share capital by 25%.

The State Securities Committee reports that yesterday it registered the prospectus of KB ordinary shares under number AZ100200510. In accordance with it the Bank got the right to issue 1 million shares with par value of 10 manats.

Raising of 10 million manats will enable the Bank to increase its registered capital from 40 to 50 million manats. Currently, 97.5% of KB shares are owned by Pasha Holding.
