Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Today the Parliament of Azerbaijan has introduced amendments to Administrative Violations Code, assuming penalty sanctions for violation of railway transport rules.

During the discussion Chairman of Parliamentary Committee for Legal Policy and State Building Ali Huseynli reported that although metro is also a railway transport , it was not included in Rules of Railway use.

"The adopted amendments are included in Rules for Railways use as separate clause 140-1 and assume application of penalty sanctions for AZN 10-15 for violation of metro rules or even up to AZN 100 for serious violations ",- A. Huseynli said.

In his words, the rules proposed by Azerbaijani President were discussed in the Cabinet of Ministers and with Head of Baku Metro.

" Adequacy of these penalties’ size has been approved in the course of discussion ",- A. Huseynli said.
