Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) has published the date of its regular annual meeting in Baku.

The Bank reports that the meeting is scheduled for 9 June 2013.

The last meeting was held in Yerevan on 24 June, and there the governor from Azerbaijan was elected the chairman of the BSTDB Board of Governors. He will remain in that status until the annual meeting in Baku. Vice-chairmen of the Board of Governors are representatives of Bulgaria and Georgia.

In 2011 the BSTDB received 10.1 million euro of net profit and approved financing for 359.3 million euro that is by 67.7% more than in 2010.
