Baku, Fineko/abc.az. General meeting of CJSC "National Depositary Center" ( NDC) has introduced changes and amendments to the tariffs of Azerbaijan’s central depositary.

The NDC reports that 4 types of tariffs have been accomplished and 3 new tariffs introduced. Thus, payment for provision of ISIN code for investment securities and payment for storage of state securities has been cancelled. Tariffs for depositing of the banks and insurance companies’ securities have been equated to tariffs for other issuers. New tariff has been set for depositing services and housing certificate registry maintenance. Clearing operations for securities market participants will be conducted by the center on zero tariff. The decision has been made to minimize clearing tariff on repo operations to make  0,003% of the deal volume.

Tariff for restoration of securities owners registry has also been set.
