Baku, Fineko/abc.az. By Decision №149 form 6 July the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has introduced amendments to the Rules of Notarial certification of documents by which introduction of ban for issuance of attorney power for a car for more than a year period has been completed.

According to the amendments, issuance and notarial certification of attorney power for a car for more than a year period is banned in the country. The Decision comes into force since 1 October 2012.

As a result Azerbaijan will stop practice of car sales through issuance of long term ( up to 30 year period) attorney power for a car.
