Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Transport of Azerbaijan is holding a tender for services on technical control over the work on upgrade of highway Baku-Shemakha (extension from 2 to 4 lanes) in the Third Highway Project financed by the World Bank.
According to the Ministry, deadline for receipt of expressions of interest is 5 pm on 27 July. Technical supervision should be carried out on the FIDIC standards on the 15 km distance of the 46 km road section for 24 months while construction work will be carried out. When choosing the supervisor, Azeryolservis OJSC (ARS) of the Ministry of Transport will pay attention to the experience of the applicant and its experience in the region.
