Baku, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has held the government meeting on summarizing results of the country’s socio-economic development in the first half of 2012.

At the meeting Head of the State reported that in the first half of the year the country GDP rose by 1,5% and rise in non-oil sector totaled 11,3%.

Total decrease of industrial production was 3% ( because of fall in oil production) , non-oil production rose by 8,3%.

" Inflation in half of the year made 2,2%, and the population’s income rose by 14,2%»,- I. Aliyev noted.
