ADB ready to approve second program of multi-tranche road sector financing of Azerbaijan on 4 October
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has determined approximate terms oof financing approval that can be submitted to the Ministry of Transport of Azerbaijan for the road sector within the new Multi-Tranche Financing Program (MFF) instead of actually exhausted MFF, oriented mainly on reconstruction of Masalli-Astara motor road.
