Baku, Fineko/abc.az.  Today dry pack plant Azbentonit operating since 2004, has commissioned new technological line on plaster stone production, including gypsum plaster, gypsum raw material for molding, etc.

The new processing line cost AZN 1.2 million to the company. It was projected and installed by Turkish company ERISHIM MAKINA on the basis of the contract signed last May for 8 month period.

At the line opening Chairman of LLC Azbentonit Aydin Mammadov reported that the new line was fully constructed at the expense of own funds without contractors.

" During installation of the new, fully automated line, all safety measures were taken into account, as well as financial funds, power, gas saving, etc.",- A. Mammadov said.

In turn Board Chairman of Zqan Holdinq (part of which is Azbentonit ) Vagif Hasanov noted that 600 people work at the plant and he takes an active part in provision of population employment. In September-October 2012 Zqan Holdinq intends to present another 2 large projects also to promote to creation of new workplaces for improvement of the population’s social conditions.

" Taking into account all these processes, it can be said that Azerbaijan is now living through not only oil but also non oil boom ",- V. Hasanov said.

Altogether 15 processing lines are operating at the plant.
