State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan called the world cities to purchase real estate
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) starts application of new investment tool- real estate purchase abroad.
At the press conference in Baku Executive Director of SOFAZ Shahmar Movsumov has reported that the Fund employees consider variants of real estate purchase in London, Paris, Rome, Moscow and Istanbul.
" The agreement with local brokers on real estate purchase has already been reached , only choice of facilities has remained ",- Sh. Movsumov said.
In his words, it is planned to realize such projects in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia as well.
