Baku, Fineko/abc.az. This June average prices at secondary housing market of Baku fell by 0,4% down to $986 pet sq m.
Public Organization " Real Property Market Participants " reports that last month decrease of housing prices was observed in almost all capital districts , significant decrease is recorded in Nasimi district by 1,1%.
" Share of flats supplied to the market lower than average price ($986) made 52.1% of total portfolio, at that average room indicator of the flats made 2.79, price of a room- $44.256, average price of the flat- $111.207»,- the report says.
Supply at secondary market in June grew by 0.7%, altogether 7.600 flats were supplied at the market, most of which (78,7%) are in Yasamal, Nasimi, Narimanov and Khatai districts of Baku. Number of deals at the market decreased by 1,7% against May.
