Ukraine ratified the agreement on CIS free trade zone
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Today Supreme Rada of Ukraine has ratified the agreement on CIS Free trade zone ( FTZ). Ukrainian Prime Minister Nikolay Azarov linked necessity for ratification with the fact that CIS countries share in Ukraines foreign trade turnover has exceeded 40% against 30% of EU. After the agreement comes into force Ukraine expects rise of trade volumes with CIS countries by 35%. The agreement was signed in Saint Petersburg on 18 October 2011 by 8 CIS countries- Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine and Russia. Related news
