Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Today Kyrgyzstan has announced a contest for development of 12 gold mining fields.

Kyrgyz government reports that application materials are submitted to State Agency on Geology and Minerals under Kyrgyz Government , address : Bishkek city, 2, Erkindik. The contest will take place on 28 August.

Its subject is gold mining fields : Terrekan, Perevalnoye, gold stibnous field Terek, gold mining field Togolok and Jangart square.

Tender participation fee is 10.000 somas, cost of geologic documentation package is 200.000 somas. The claimant should have at least $800.000 equity capital and guarantee to attract funds at LIBOR+5% rate at least to finance work.

Under the contest conditions, Administration for Economic Agents Work and OJSC " Kyrgyzaltin " grants points of the claimant at the contest :

- with share of " Kyrgyzaltin " from 25% to 30% - 1 point;

- 31% - 35% - 2 points;

- 36%-  40% - 3 points;

-  41% - 45% - 4 points;

- from 46% -50% - 5 points;

Commissioning term of the sites ( projecting, construction and launching) also influences points at the assessment :

- above 72 and up to  78 months– minus 30 points;

- above 66 and up to  72 months- minus 20 points;

- above 60 and up to 66 months- minus 10 points;

- above 54 and up to 60 months – 0 points;

- above 48 and up to 54 months- 2 points;

- above 42 and up to 48 months – 4 points;

- above 36 and up to 42 months – 6 points;

- up to 36 months - 8 points.

At that Kyrgyz citizens should make at least 90% of employees from the moment of license acquisition. Term of attainment this indicator is also awarded :

-Starting from fifth year- 1 point

- from fourth year - 2 points;

- from third year - 3 points;

- from second year - 4 points;

- from first year - 5 points.

The volume of annual investments in social development of the region till reception of the first production, is set in percentage ratio from investment volume for the project implementation pledged for the next year, but cannot be less than $100.000.

For each USD 1 million paid as lump sum payment over compulsory bonus 5 points is given. Application of technologies, assuming sodium cyanide circulation ( repeated use of chemical reagent in technological process )is also assessed :

- no sodium cyanide- 0 points

- sodium cyanide -20 points
