Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Turkic-speaking nations of the world are creating a single TV channel.

The Ministry of Culture & Tourism of Azerbaijan informs that a meeting of representatives of the Turkic-speaking countries’ culture ministries will be organized in the Kyrgyz town of Cholpon-Ata on 3 August.

During the meeting the parties will discuss issues of the creation of alliances of Turkic-speaking writers and film figures, a single Turkic-speaking TV channel, and other initiatives in the field of culture and art.

Azerbaijan will be represented in the meeting by head of the Office for Cooperation & Programs with International Organizations of the MCTA Department of International Relations & Cultural Programs Jahangir Selimkhanov.
