Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The most popular social network among Azerbaijanis could not stand the market trial and turned out a global scam - fake, PR and mass registry of users, nothing more.

Forced to run public reporting after IPO conducted in May social network Facebook was forced to recognize in the last quarterly report the availability of more than 83 million fake profiles, and 8.7% of the users were not real people.

Fake in Facebook is divided into three categories: 46 million profiles (4.6% of users) - elementary duplicates, 2.45 – profiles qualified incorrectly by users, 14 million profiles - accounts for violation of rules of using the network (sending of spam or content, etc).

Characteristically, after appearance at the stock market, the social network has increased much volumes and share of "fake" - in March, it included only 42-50 million profiles (5-6% of customers).

Besides, the social network deals with real deception of advertisers. Provider of online-shops Limited Run did not hide the fact that 80% of responses to ads on the Facebook page come from the "bots", i.e. fake users.

Most likely a scam stands behind over 67% increase in users of mobile communication networks, of which it currently has counted as many as 543 million customers. The social network has announced of 955 million active users per month. Certainly nobody has carried out the actual audit of “FAKEbook”.
