Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The World Bank’s Regional Director for South Caucasus Henri Kerali is making his first official visit to the region.

The Bank’s Baku office has reported that H. Kerali making visit to Georgia, arrived in Azerbaijan yesterday and today started talks with officials in Baku.

" H. Kerali has already been received in Finance Ministry and State Securities Committee. Meetings in Central Bank and Economic Development Ministry are also expected. Tomorrow H. Kerali will also hold talks with Vice Premiers Abid Sharifov and Ali Hasanov and will be received by Prime Minister Artur Rasizadeh as well ",- the office said. The visit will last till 10 August.

" H. Kerali will also get acquainted with the course of the bank’s project implementation in Shemakha and Sheki, after which will return to Georgia by car ",- the office said.

H. Kerali has recently replaced Asad Allam on this post.
