Bank of Azerbaijan raises equity capital up to AZN 50 million through additional issue of shares

Baku, Fineko/abc.az. OJSC Bank of Azerbaijan is raising authorized capital by 49.3% through additional issue of shares.

State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan reports that today new issue of ExpressBank’s shares was registered under AZ1001005326 number- 825.000 shares with AZN 20 face value each. Full placement of this issue of shares will raise equity capital from AZN 33.5 million to AZN 50 million which meets minimal requirement to the banks’ aggregate capital to come in force since 1 January 2014.
