Baku, Fineko/abc.az.  By Decision  №185  from 17 August the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan introduced changes to " Rules of Azerbaijani youth’s education in foreign countries’ universities " on the basis of State Program on Azerbaijani Youth’s Education Abroad in 2007-15.

Under the amendments education expenditures have been defined for Azerbaijani youth’s education in 36 countries : the USA, Germany, Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Great Britain, South Korea, China, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Ireland, Sweden, Italy, Latvia, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Ukraine, New Zealand. Expenditures for each country vary within $700.000 ( Belarus) to $1,6 million ( Canada) and 1.4 million euro ( Great Britain). Also monthly expenditure norms for accommodation, education, etc. have been defined.
