Baku, Fineko/abc.az. This January Parabank OJSC was successfully inspected for conformity to ISO 9001:2000 international standard of management quality.

Parabank informed that assistance in introducing documented procedures and personnel training was rendered by Zygon Caspian Consulting while certificated audit was carried out by Moody International.

“Parabank competiteveness and market position directly depend on product/service quality, stability of business process and clients’ satisfaction and trust. This becomes extremely essential during the economic instability periods.

“Introduction of quality management system is not only a large organizational work, but also development of a general corporate culture. Parabank basing on its 18-year experience and now the international standard requirements is focused on high-quality client service and offers the most optimal banking solutions,” Farah Aghazadeh, Parabank Business Development Manager said.

Only within last two years Parabank has opened five new branches, including two ones in regions enlarging the geography of rendered services by 30%. In the near future the Bank will open two branches in regions.
