Muganbank increased loan rates up to 22-24% on average
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Muganbank OJSC stated of sufficiency of money resources for further crediting for private and corporate customers. Shaig Alkakbarov, a member of Bank’s Supervisory Board, says that today Muganbank has enough resources for crediting of its clients. “Currently we have more capacity for disbursal of loans. We have toughened a little control over risks and are following now weighted risk policy when giving a loan. The Bank did not stop disbursing loans,” he said. He added that their loan rates had been re-considered a little in connection with situation at the market. “We increased annual interest rate of loans to the certain extent and now it ranges 22-24% on average. But we did not experience any financial difficulties in this connection. The Bank has sufficient funds to credit clients,” he said. Later last year almost all commercial banks of Azerbaijan halted long-term crediting for customers. Related news
