Baku, Fineko/abc.az. On 18 November, secured  interest-bearing uncertificated registered bonds of the Invest Kredit non-banking credit organization (NBCO) with the state registration number AZ200100882 were admitted to the unquoted list of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

BSE informed that sale of secured  interest-bearing uncertificated registered bonds of the Invest Kredit NBCO has started since 19 November, 2009.

Invest Kredit NBCO registered issue of secured  interest-bearing uncertificated registered bonds for the term of circulation of 2 years (730 days).

300 bonds of the Invest Kredit NBCO were registered worth AZN 1 ,000 each.

Interest rate totals  14%.

Payment of interest will be made in the last working day of each quarter from the date of placement.

Underwriter is Tekhnika Kapital Menecment LLC.

Those intending to purchase bonds can apply to an organization being the member of BSE CJSC and having a brokerage license.

It should be noted that non-banking credit organizations enter the domestic stock market for the first time.
