Baku, Fineko / abc.az. There has been a reshuffle in TOP 5 of the insurance market leaders in Azerbaijan following activities this June.

The Ministry of Finance reports that the leader position in June was seized by state-run insurance commercial insurance company Azersigorta with premiums for AZN 11.3 million.

Azal Sigorta, the leader of the previous months became the second on the results of activities in June (AZN 10.67 million of premiums).

Ateshgah which succeeded raising from the 5th place became the third with premiums of AZN 6.47 million AZN and occupied the position of A-Qroup.

The only Company that has managed to maintain the position of the previous month was AzSigorta (AZN 5.8 million of premiums).

International Insurance Company ranks the fifth this June with premiums of AZN 5.3 million.

The closest to Top 5 by the end of June were A-Qroup with AZN 5.01 million of premiums and Xalq Sigorta with premiums for AZN 4.39 million.

The final report for this June was compiled on the activities of 28 insurance companies. The total income of insurance companies during the reported term amounted to AZN 76.88 million and insurance payments AZN 22.49 million.
