TuranBank’s assets grew by 14.3%

Baku, Fineko/abc.az. OJSC TuranBank has summarized results of activity for January-July 2012.

For August 1, 2012 TuranBank’s assets amounted to AZN 189.5 million increasing by 14.3% compared to the beginning of the year and 27.67% compared to the analogical year of 2011. For the reporting date the loan portfolio amounted to AZN 148.2 million which demonstrates the growth of the portfolio by 26.7% compared to the beginning of the year and 25.7% from the same period in 2011.

During the period January-July 2012 deposit portfolio increased by 11.6% compared to the beginning of the year and 34.7% versus similar term of 2011. In the structure of the deposit portfolio term deposits amounted to AZN 51.5 million, and associated with growth of 13.4% compared to with the similar period of 2011.

To date, TuranBank’s aggregate capital increased by 11.9% versus beginning of the year and by 6.3% to AZN 26.7 million versus similar term of 2011. The authorized capital of the bank in the process of recapitalization has reached to AZN 23.8 million which is characterized by a 8.2% increase compared to the analogical period of 2011.

For the end of July 2012 TuranBank’s income totaled AZN 12.7 million whereas total expenses amounted to AZN 10.6 million. Net income for the period amounted to AZN 2.1 million.
