Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Russian doctrine that countries of the world must break up into regional groupings ("Customs Union", "Single economic space" within the CIS area) and continue on this basis globalization and interaction against the backdrop of a new economic crisis has already found followers.

In this weekend German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Prime Ministers of Italy and Spain, Mario Monti and Mariano Rahoy respectively, as well as French President Francois Hollande actually issued a declaration on the creation of “Single economic space" in the eurozone.

The basic principles for the EU Single Economic Space will joint investments for support of the eurozone economy (130 billion euros), introduction of pan-European tax on financial transactions at a rate of 0.01-0.1% of the transaction, tightening of financial and fiscal union. The consensus was absent only on the issue of common European bonds - Germany, as always, is against introduction of collective responsibility on debts.

EU Single Economic Space, even despite the economic crisis of Italy and Spain, is already in all respects more powerful than the CIS Single Economic Space, which unites Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan.
