Azerbaijan can pass to short and medium-term foreign borrowings
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Foreign borrowings which President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan ordered to take only " in exceptional order" are most likely to be kept on. But the form and purposes of fund borrowing from abroad under state guarantees will be changed.
