State Securities Committee and the World Bank discussed capital market upgrade in Azerbaijan
Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Today in Baku Deputy Chairman of State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan Jomard Aliyev received Regional Director of the World Bank for South Caucasus Henri Kerali.
The SSC reports that J. Aliyev told of positive dynamics of the country’s economy development as well as stage of securities market development and its perspective aims. In turn, H. Kerali voiced hope for continuation of the bank’s cooperation with Azerbaijan in terms of fund market development.
The issues of joint Capital Market Modernization Project (CMMP) implementation were also discussed.
