Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The International Workshop “Railway between Europe and Asia” organised by Turkish State Railways, Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) and Intergovernmental Organisation for International Carriage by Rail (OTIF) will be held tomorrow in Istanbul (Turkey).

Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan informed that the two-day workshop would involve representatives of the Ministry and Azerbaijan State Railway (ADDY). The workshop is expected to cover the state of transport in ECO region, legislation in the field of passenger and cargo carriages, sponsorship of locomotives and cars, and analysis of border crossing procedures. Presentation of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway will be held as well.
