Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani parliament) passed yesterday a large package of laws in the area of justice.

The above-mentioned package composed draft amendments and additions to the Laws on Execution of Judgement in accordance with which payment for execution of judgement was cut from 75% to 25% of the amount accrued to the payment, the laws on prosecutor’s office, service in organs of the prosecutor’s office, and on labour pension allowing territorial and specialized prosecutors to hold their offices two and more terms at a run. The amendments were also made to the Code of Administrative Violations. It was also adopted the Bill on Court Activity Information Supplying.
