Baku, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has endorsed the amendments to the Law on State Budget 2009.

In accordance with the amending document the limit of internal state debt for 2009 was raised three-fold – from 750 million up to 2.25 bn manats.

Increase of internal state debt limit will expand government’s capabilities when ensuring guarantees in the process of direct crediting for domestic enterprises through the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

So far officially it was informed about one such credit for 750 million manats extended to State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).
