Days of Azerbaijani Culture held in London

Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The Days of Azerbaijani Culture have been organized in the Cadogan Palace in London (UK) with support of Europe-Azerbaijan Society.

The Ministry of Culture & Tourism of Azerbaijan informs that the event objective was propaganda of rich Azerbaijani culture and tourism potential.

“Within the project there were arranged concerts of Azerbaijani music of diverse genres, held an exhibition of Azerbaijani artist Kabira Aliyeva living in London, demonstrated Azerbaijani national carpets and presented national cuisine,” the Ministry says.

There were also featured more than 100 photographs depicting nature, history, culture and traditions of Azerbaijan and photo-materials and information boards telling of Armenian-Azerbaijani ties.

Besides, presentation of book in English “The People the World Forgot: Visions of the Nagorno-Garabagh Conflict” describing about history and causes of Garabagh conflict.
