Baku, Fineko/abc.az. On the threshold of EBRD president Thomas Mirow’s visit to Azerbaijan, the country’s government has indicated a range of Bank’s shortcomings in activity in Azerbaijan.

The government informs that it was indicated to the Bank’s preparatory mission on acceptability of political conditions set by the EBRD for state sector.

“Simultaneously EBRD crediting commercial conditions (rate Libor+1%) suit Azerbaijan for the reason of low level of Libor. The mission agreed to consider an opportunity of re-consideration of Bank’s position during co-operation with Azerbaijan and inform governmental agencies about the changed conditions,” a government source said.

Tomorrow in Baku Mr. Mirow is to inform of results of his trip to Azerbaijan.
