Baku, Fineko/abc.az. For Jan-Feb 2010 holding of stimulus lotteries by the commercial organizations in Azerbaijan grew by 13.3% compared to the 2009 same term.

The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee (ASSC) informs that for the reported period (as of 1 March 2010) the country registered 17 promotion-actions against 15 for Jan-Feb 2009.

“In 2010, Azerlotereya state joint-stock company conducted 10 lotteries in the country versus six ones for the 2009 same period,” the Committee informed.

No breaches were registered in lottery holding.

Azerlotereya is state monopoly on organization and holding of lotteries.
