Baku, Fineko/abc.az. By order №Q3 of National Security Minister Eldar Mahmudov rules have been approved for holding special expertise of enterprises for provision of permission for use of information bearing state secret, creation of information safety means including events on state secret protection. Under the order Special EXPERT Commission formed by National Security Ministry conducts expertise on provision of state secret preservation. The topic of expertise is conditions for provision of state secret preservation including  checking of normative documents, secrecy regime, technical  secret service events, safety of technical channels. Expert Commission starts consideration of the request no later than 5 days after the organization’s appeal. The expertise should be finished in 30 days. At that 5 days are given for concluding the agreement and 20 days for conducting expertise. In particular cases the expertise can be prolonged by 15 days.
